Our editing team works Monday to Friday, 9 to 18 GMT+2. Saturdays and Sundays are our days off. In the emergency cases or if it’s agreed in advance, you can order services even at the weekend with extra charge.
Working hours doesn’t affect your upload or download, you can do it any time.
We register new jobs in our system at 9 am UCT+2 (7 am UCT; 1 am CST UCT-6). What comes after this time, is registered the next day.
Turnaround time depends on the service and complexity of the order. The general turnaround time is 48 hours (with the exception of Virtual groups).
During the peak seasons you can guarantee you turnaround times by providing detailed forecast.
Yes, we can process a rush job for an extra charge.
To send us your test job, you need to contact us, so we could create you an account.
The size of your test job will be determined by the service type or a number of services.
